Rose and Chamomile Lemonade

This floral spring tea drink combines calming chamomile tea with fragrant rose water and fresh lemon juice for a light and refreshing sip. It's perfect for a relaxing afternoon or a spring gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chamomile tea bags
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp rose water
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices and dried rose petals for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Steep the chamomile tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes, then remove them and let the tea cool.
  • Stir in the honey while the tea is warm, then add the lemon juice and rose water.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour the tea over it.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and dried rose petals if desired.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy the delicate floral flavors!

Notes

For a stronger rose flavor, add an extra splash of rose water, but start small since it's very concentrated.
