Iced Mint Matcha Latte

This refreshing spring coffee alternative blends earthy matcha with fresh mint and a touch of honey for natural sweetness. It’s light, creamy, and perfect for warm spring days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • ½ cup hot water not boiling
  • ¾ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the matcha with hot water until smooth and no clumps remain.
  • Muddle the mint leaves with honey in a glass to release the flavor.
  • Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the matcha.
  • Add the milk and stir well to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra minty flavor, steep the mint leaves in the hot water before mixing in the matcha.
