Honey Lavender Latte

This spring coffee drink combines smooth espresso, creamy milk, and floral lavender with a touch of honey for natural sweetness. It’s cozy, lightly floral, and perfect for a relaxing spring morning.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • ¾ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp dried lavender or 1 pump lavender syrup
  • Optional: Extra dried lavender for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
  • Heat the milk in a small saucepan over low heat until warm (do not boil). If using dried lavender, steep it in the warm milk for 3-5 minutes, then strain.
  • Froth the milk using a milk frother or whisk until slightly foamy.
  • Stir the honey into the espresso, then pour in the frothed milk.
  • Top with a sprinkle of dried lavender (optional) and enjoy warm!

Notes

For an iced version, use cold milk, dissolve the honey in the espresso while warm, and pour over ice.
