Blood Orange and Rosemary Fizz
This refreshing spring mocktail combines the sweet citrus of blood orange with herbal rosemary and sparkling water for a crisp, flavorful drink. It’s perfect for spring brunches or an afternoon refresher.

fresh blood orange juice
about 1-2 oranges

small sprig fresh rosemary
plus extra for garnish

honey or simple syrup

Instructions
Muddle the rosemary with honey (or simple syrup) in a glass to release the flavor.
Add the fresh blood orange juice and stir well.
Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the sparkling water.
Gently stir and garnish with an extra rosemary sprig.
